Nice comfy place

Nice clean place, the pin code doors is a good thing for late night arrivals, the location is nice, it was like 15-20mins from centre using public transport, even at night which is a big + , there is a small grocery store right around the corner, u can park for free in the nearby street

When I asked the owner for help in getting into the apartment, I got the answer "we are not a hotel". We decided that we did not want to stay in a slum with a very unpleasant owner.

I received instructions on how to enter the property when I tried to open the apartment doors they were closed. I tried calling the administrator, but their phone number is not active. I started to write messages, and finally, after the 5th message that the doors are closed and I can not open them, the administrator called me. She asked me to knock on the door where I should live and it turned out, that other people entered those apartments by mistake without having a reservation. How they entered the building, is an open question. So that couple moved from my booked apartment in 20 min. Later, I finally moved into the same apartment where people stayed for a few hours. I noticed that it was not clean at all, also, it was visible that somebody lay on a bed. I wrote a message to the administrator with the request to clean the floor and put out the rubbish bin since people who accidentally moved in had already prepared some food and the smell on the property was not the best. But during 4 nights of my stay, nobody cleaned anything!!! The property is in the backyard, and some drunk guys chill there every evening.

It is visible that the apartment needs to be repared, it fills like the furniture has been taken from a very old apartment and hasn't been cleaned for ages.

The apartment is comfortable modern and quite well equipped, the area also seemed nice.

It was a bit difficult to find it, the fact that the entrance is at the back of the building next to the cellars should be underlined in the description. We arrived late and there was no contact with the owner, so we wasted a bit of time before we found it.

Instructions to get into the apartment are clear and everything worked to open the doors and get into the flat. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking places in the area are a problem. There is an electric heater inside that heats so much that you sweat and you can't turn it of. After I tried to call and write to the staff to ask how to do this, there was no response. So no contact with whomever. Bathroom is really small and lacks of shelf space.

Exceptionally Neat and Clean with all amenities. Nice coffee machine. Well stocked and well decorated room. Lovely Stay. Easy Car Parking. Maybe a small message can be put at the Door on the Main Road side to guide guests towards the Front Door Entry around the building. The check in and check out was smooth and easy. Definitely Recommended.
