Property was just as pictured, nice quiet area, very clean, had everything we needed. We weren't comfortable walking with coming back after dark so we drove to Broadway and parked. Had a great trip and would Definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Cindy's River Front Condo. It was clean and cozy. The condo had everything we needed. The river view was great watching the barges and trains go by in the morning. We enjoyed having a quiet place to go after all the hustle and bustle of Broadway. I would definately stay there again.

This is a nice condo, very well appointed. Quiet location, even though it is located in an area that is a little industrial and the area seems to be undergoing a transformation of sorts into more residential. The onsite laundry was nice, but having to use a mobile app to pay was difficult and there is no change machine, so if you don’t want to use the mobile app bring some change. I did notice that the refrigerator had not been wiped out and had crumbs, etc. in it. We had an issue with the TV which the owner promptly helped me resolve even though it happened to be Christmas Day, which was greatly appreciated.

Very clean, nice linens and amenities. Coffee and Tea. The owners were graciously accommodating with check in time. We had a minor issue that was resolved within minutes of texting the owner. They were extremely responsive. Neighborhood is a little off the beaten path from the main action, but we still even walked home one of the nights and that was totally doable.

Thank you for sharing your place with us. Beautiful and well appointed. It was an easy walk to Broadway and plenty of Uber/taxis if needed. Place was quiet and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets sheets towels etc. thank you so much, we all loved staying there!

I booked this location mainly because of the river view, which did not disappoint. I was so excited to drink my coffee on the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully remodeled and very clean. It is so close to the downtown/broadway scene which is a huge convenience. Most nights we scootered there and back.
If I ever return to Nashville I hope to stay here again.

If you’re going to Nashville,be forewarned that the town is exploding. There is construction EVERYWHERE. Our best suggestion is to Uber.

It was nice & clean, we were one 1st floor & would NOT recommend that as we heard all the noise & activity above us. Woke us up at nite, King bed was comfortable queen was not. Wish we could have used fireplace.

The condo was immaculate with all the comforts of home! Would 100% stay there again. We were 2 couples celebrating our anniversaries and very pleased that we chose this place to stay at. Instructions and recommendations from owner were clear and precise. Any communication with owner was prompt and polite. Beds were super comfortable, linens were clean and fresh, water pressure was great, just pretty perfect all around. Great view of the river as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Nashville getaway!

This spot is perfection. Just as nice as the pictures show. Easy to find, and close to just about everything. A quick Uber ride and we were downtown. The area was quiet. Cindy was easy to reach if I had any questions and let us know the condo was ready two hours early! Highly recommend staying here and if we ever return to Nashville, this is where we will stay. I can't forget to mention the ground hog who visited every morning outside the living room window. :)

Spent a weekend in Nashville staying at this quaint condo. The location was great, away from the all the noise in the evening. Easy to get Ubers to and from where we wanted to go. We did have some loud people staying in the condo above us but that is no fault of the owners. The condo was clean but a little smaller than pictures depict. Overall, it was a good value for our stay.

There were 4 adults in our party.We were all delighted with the property.The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were out all day and didn't have the need to use most of the supplies that were provided- except the coffee pods. But the property was well maintained and stocked with most things that you might need.The beds were very comfortable and there was more than adequate storage for clothes. We enjoyed the view of the Cumberland River and the sunrise over the water. The location was great.We had a car for the airport, town of Franklin, Grand Old Opry, and the Gaylord Hotel. The rest of the time we used Ubers and it was very inexpensive. There was quite a bit of construction nearby that didn't bother us, however, we could not find a small shop in walking distance to pick up milk or a small snack for breakfast. We may have missed it if there is anything in walking distance, but we did not see anything. Maybe when all the construction is done they will have a 7-11 or something in walking distance. That is the only thing that was missing. Overall, this was a fantastic trip and a beautiful property. Nashville is one of our favorites now- loved Ryman auditorium and the Country Hall of Fame! Also enjoyed a walking food tour to taste some of the local dishes.:)

Not too far from Broadway, but far enough that you’re away from the hustle and bustle. VRBO is on the river, which is right off the balcony. There are rock dogs behind the building that we’ve fed in the mornings, which, for some reason we found them amusing. About the only thing we didn’t care for is we could hear people walking upstairs. Our host was absolutely wonderful to work with. There are electric scooters, pretty much everywhere’s in Nashville. We didn’t feel brave enough to use those so we used Lyft.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our needs. Quite comfortable anc very clean. It was a little bit of a walk to broadway but good excuse to get my walking in. This property exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, and stylish. Great location at a little over a mile away from Broadway and all the sites. Covered parking was a dream! Checking in couldn't have been easier and communication with the property owners was excellent from the moment we booked through check out. We walked to the bridge and enjoyed one of the best fireworks displays in the Nation. If we visit Nashville again..... it's a repeat booking for sure!

This was a perfect place for our ten day stay over CMAFEST. We could walk to broadway and Nissan stadium if we wanted to or take a quick Lyft. The condo had everything we needed to cook and sit by the pool. We appreciated the towels just for that. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags for our stay. I hope we can visit again!

The condo is perfect! Very clean and decorated beautifully. It sits on the river and the view is great! It's just outside of downtown so we didn't need a car, yet you weren't in the noise of downtown. We walked to downtown and Printer's Alley (a total gem/must do). I loved everything about our vacation.

This is a nice ground floor condo with a great view of the Cumberland river. The bed was comfortable and the towels and linens were good quality. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cups. The Keurig was convenient for morning coffee.
This is a nice location within easy walking distance of the park and many restaurants and pubs. Although we walked most of the time, when we needed to use Lyft, there was always one within 8 to 10 minutes.
Our only, admittedly minor, complaint was with the smaller hallway shower. The spray was not that adjustable and made it difficult to take a shower without getting your hair wet. Shower wands in both bathrooms would be a huge improvement.
We highly recommend this property and Cindy was a wonderful host. Communications before and during our stay were excellent.

Clean, beautifully decorated, high quality towels and bedding…I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The property owner, Cindy, is very accommodating and quick to communicate! We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it!

We came out for an annual girl vacation and the condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable and was in a good location. We walked to Broadway 2 of the days and brought Ubers back, which were really cheap. We felt totally at home and enjoyed being by the river. Definitely would recommend staying here and hopefully we can come back again.
