The staff were absolutely fantastic during our stay. They were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality really added to our experience and made us feel completely at home.

The staff, Alicia was very kind and helpful. She made us very homely dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable
Hot water finished too quickly. Water ran out in the morning but Alicia managed to get it fixed immediately. The room should have a bottle of water for guest.

I love dinner, the food was very homely and comforting. I loved the braai facilities. Great water pressure too. The ladies were kind and always willing to help. Alicia is the best! Great internet connection in all areas I was in.
1. Hot water finishes too quickly on the shower
2. TV is very old and I couldn't even log into my Netflix
3. I asked if bicycles were available for rental and they said yes, but there were no bicycles.
4. The pool heating system is there but not working which sucked.
5. The wood we got is crap, doesn't even keep the coals alive for more than 20 minutes.
6. The lighting is a bit too dim for my liking in all areas.
7. The staff don't have uniforms, it looks untidy and unprofessional. Everyone was wearing random coloured track pants and hoodies which looked like they could have possibly slept on them because of their condition.
8. There is a jacuzzi, guess what? It's also not working.
9. That extra brown blanket we had in the wardrobe is very ugly.
10. It's either the walls are too thin or where the roof and walls meet is not closed properly because we could hear everything from the next room.
11. Dinner had no desert as promised which was bad. Upon receiving it after asking for it, that cupcake was just so dry it tasted like it was baked a week ago.
12. Breakfast and Dinner wear buffet options but I felt like the quantities were too small. Couldn't go for seconds without thinking about other people
13. That aircon doesn't heat up the room, I think it might need some fixing

Peaceful, safe and tranquil. Beautiful furnishings in the rooms, very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The mattresses on the beds did not allow for a good night's rest.
