Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus liegt unweit des Strandes und sehr schön ruhig. Restaurants sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Raumaufteilung zweckmäßig.

Die Umzäunung des Grundstücks wäre schön, vor allem, wenn man mit Haustier oder kleinen Kindern anreist. Man sollte beachten: Die Schlafzimmer liegen alle in der oberen Etage.

Vollkommen überteuert für das, was man bekommt

Die Lage war Strandnah und brachte einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Carport mit. Dadurch war ein Ausflug zum Strand unkompliziert und ohne weitere Fahrten möglich.

Die Wohnung wirkt auf dem ersten Blick sauber, doch nähere Blicke offenbaren: Sand auf den nicht bezogenen Bettdecken, fleckige Bettdecken, fleckige Gardinen, schimmelige Fugen und Schmutzecken in den Duschen und auf den Fensterstöcken. Zwei Steckdosen waren außer Betrieb - statt diese zu reparieren, wird ein "Defekt"-Schild hineingeklebt. Warm/Kalt-Wasser in der Dusche sind vertauscht - auch hier statt einer Korrektur, lieber ein Schild aufgehängt. Das Sofa war zum zusammenschieben, aus Einzelteilen, mit Sitzkissen und Rückenkissen - bequem kuscheln? Unmöglich. Schlechtes Wetter? Die Unterkunft bietet einen Flachbildfernseher aus 2010, kein SmartTV / Connect mit Smartphone / FireTV (oder vergleichbares) - der DVD-Player ist nutzlos, wenn keine DVDs da sind. Das Fernsehprogramm ist zudem auf öffentlich-rechtliche beschränkt.

Wer Dreck liebt, ist hier goldrichtig.

Die Lage zum Strand

Es geht um das „Studio mit Balkon“ im vorderen Haus, was wohl mal ein Stall oder Heuboden gewesen sein muss. Es folgen die negativen Highlights dieses „exklusiven“ Studios: Die Hühnerleiter, die zur Wohnung führte und die lebensgefährlich für Kinder und ältere Menschen ist. Die tiefen Decken, bei denen man sich den Kopf gestoßen hat, wenn man größer als 1,70 m ist. Der Dreck und der fingerdicke Staub überall. Die Spinnen in jeder Ecke. Die dreckigen Wände, die kaputten Möbel, die allesamt auf den Sperrmüll gehören, die Fettspritzer auf den Fliesen in der Küche vom Vormieter, die Klobürste, die mindestens seit 5 Jahren nicht gewechselt wurde, die Rumpelkammer, die Spinnenweben in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon, auf dem auch noch Blätter vom Herbst des letzten Jahres lagen. Die Schlafcouch, die unbequem war und bei der man keine Platzangst haben darf, da man eingequetscht in der Ecke liegt, das Sofa, das seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich hat und man runterrutscht, wenn man sich nicht festhält. Es gab nichts Schönes in dieser Wohnung, sodass nach 2 (wir hatten 4 gebucht) Tagen die Koffer gepackt wurden. Ach, war ja gar nicht nötig… einen Schrank gab es auch nur provisorisch. Eine Kleiderstange in der Ecke, vor der eine einfache Holztür angebaut war. Das Modernste waren die Badmöbel. Solange man sich nicht zur Dusche gedreht hat, in denen der Schimmel vor sich hinsprießt, war das Bad ok. Es sei denn, man hat einen Blick in den Auffangbehälter der 5 Jahre alten Klobürste geworfen. Die braunen Hinterlassenschaften, die dort schlummerten, waren einfach ekelhaft. Der Vermieter hat unsere Nachrichten ignoriert und darauf verwiesen, dass seine Stammkunden diese Wohnung immer wieder reservieren. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig aber sowas ist uns noch nie passiert.
