Location is good.
We stay 2 people only one coffee capsule. No milk (small Noy Noy). Usually they left in fridge.
Host did not communicate until we ask how we will enter the day before check in. Usually places are sending info the day before. Even we send info when we will arrive around, we wait 5-10 min to them bring key. After that again no info what we will do the key when we check out. Eventually we left key in room.

- Right in the centre of the city
- The coffee machine was highly appreciated
- The kitchen has all the tools for someone to cook something simple (we didn't use them but they are there)
- The room was probably closed for a few days and it took probably a day to reach a normal temperature with the A/C on. This could also be due to the freezing weather that occurred when we visited the place. The bathroom could use better temperature insulation as you could feel the iced air coming in from the closed window.
- The pictures are a bit deceiving, making you think the room is larger.
- An educational centre, and their toilets, are right outside the door so at times it becomes a bit noisy and smelly.
- Also we didn't like the fact that when booking there is an option for 2,3, and 4 people with increases in the price, however, people will still stay in the same room, it is not a hotel with breakfast service to justify the increase in price. In our case, we booked the room for 3 people, even though 2 of us ended up staying there, there were only 2 coffee capsules for instance and no arrangements to make the sofa bed. If you want to charge more for accommodating more people then these things should be provisioned, along with additional towels etc.
- The utensils could be cleaner, we made sure to wash everything before using it as it was sticky.
