Great potential, not fully worked out

Location & sights - the best I've seen in 20 years of hollidays in Sanxenxo-Silgar, Wifi. Confy beds. Beach just in front. Shops & market close by. Good outdor furniture, 2 WCs. Suitable for winter stays - fully heated. Good wall temp isolation, if you don't count the windows. Quite luminous inside.

Some of the forniture was in bad shape, as well as the windows (hold Alu single glasses). Dozens of drill holes/rusty screws, specially in the second WC (no bath in it). Strips of dried glue all over the veranda.
