I liked the location.
I did not like the concierge workers at the location, and the furniture in the apartment was worn. The washer machine had a bad smell and there were dirty washcloths left in the washer machine.

Alles, die Sauberkeit war gegeben, bequeme Betten und eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Lage war super! 5 min zu nächsten U-Bahn Station.
Das gibt es tatsächlich keine Beschwerden.

apto bem confortável, bem equipado, praticamente novo. Tudo que está no anúncio é verdade. Muito bem localizado, perto do metrô e shoppings. Me senti em casa.
O kitchenware , roupas de cama e banho, perfeitos.
As áreas de lazer do prédio são excepcionais.
o único eqto que não funcionou foi a torradeira elétrica, mas isso foi o de menos.

Very clean, close to everything, and felt Very safe with all the security offered for the facility, everything was locked down, you had to have a special key to enter into the parking garage, building, elevators, pool, etc....loved that... very nice pool
The biggest turn off is we were assured we could check in anytime and that there was staff 24/7 , because of our long drive we arrived at 1am, NO staff anywhere...called number given multiple times, no answer, emailed, no answer... still haven't got a response from that actually ... luckily ran into someone who lived there and happened to have one of the coworkers #s and called them, they were home asleep and came in just to check us in because they forgot to schedule someone that night ... 1am in a city we don't know with 2 small kids, waiting almost 45 min for someone to show up was not a good experience. Besides that, the flooring in the room had multiple areas that weren't put together, the pictures were not at all what we got...we were told a king and 2 twin beds... it was a king and a full size that our kids had to share so that was disappointing...only 1 dishtab for the dishwasher for a whole week with no other dish soap, king bed was very hard. Just not what I was expecting
