MEDIOCRE AND DOES NOT MEET THE COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS MEDIOCRE ET NE REMPLIS PAS LES CONDITIONS COMME

My 2nd stay in this hotel. The 1st was a success now it is lamentable. Room cleaning not done, forced to ask for toilet paper at reception. Garbage can not emptied. Breakfast is miserable. Total misery. How to get down so low? In addition, the most expensive hotel in the city for such mediocre quality? shameful Mon 2eme séjour dans cet hôtel. Le 1er fut une réussite maintenant c'est lamentable. Nettoyage des chambres non effectué, obligé de demander du papier toilette à la réception. Poubelle non vidée. Le petit déjeuner c'est lamentable. Une misère totale. Comment descendre aussi bas? En plus, l'hôtel le plus cher de la ville pour la qualité aussi médiocre? honteux

Nichts zu kritteln

Gute Unterkunft nähe Zentrum. An dem lichtdurchfluteten, sauberen Zimmer gab es nicht viel zu kritteln. Bequem und gut ausgestattet, alles macht einen neuen Eindruck.

Very uncomfortable bed. Some guests were very noise at 4am and the property didn’t do anything

A Moderate Stay if you do not have a Choice

The room is spacious, with kitchen counter.

No elevator. The air conditioning is poor, we have a family room with one bedroom, but no air conditioning in the bedroom?? The shower was running very very slow, very uncomfortable. No bathroom mat on the floor, makes it all wet and slippery. The Reception understand very little English, and have know idea what a receipt is.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious room and bed. Good location about 7 mins walk from town centre and Stalin museum. Very good breakfast.

Clean, specous rooms with frienfly staff!

The rooms are very spaceous and the staff really friendly. The location is great for walking through Gori. I would definitely go there again!

Pleasant

Location is ok, not far away from the train station and fortress. A rather quiet area, everywhere is within walking distance.

Avoid the room with "pool view". They are dark and smelly. My room is described as 35 m2, which indeed is smaller than the room described as 25m2. I don't think the 4 stars on booking.com make any sense.

It was in the center of the city and our car was on our doorstep. We only met at the reception when we got the key, after that we didn't see anyone and we were not disturbed. The price performance average was good.

Although the room was small, the radiator was not enough. I turned on the air conditioner, but the bathroom was still very cold. The bed had passed out.

This hotel is very close to the center. Although, gori isn’t very big anyhow. The staff even speak English here, and the staff were very helpful. The room was very good too.

Friendly staff, close to the center, restaurants and pubs nearby.

I did not have the number I booked and paid for. I booked a lux room but stayed in an annexe in an economy room. But since I arrived in the evening and left in the morning, I didn't start an argument. Such behavior is not worthy of the Royal house.

Hotel is not recommended for a family stay …

Location we like the most . Swimming pool view direction however there is no water inside pool…Internet was fine!!!

As per the booking.com details there was no hotel usual handy kits like dental kit, tea/coffeemaker and even no complimentry water as well.. when we requested / checked with Administrator his attitude was disgusting..cleanliness was very poor , too much dust on the floor., under the coat particularly..
