Lage und Einrichtung. Viel Charme und schöner Blick.
Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster und Besteck bedürfen dringend einer Erneuerung.

Homey apartment with bright kitchen in alcove above the street; slight view of the water from the windows and balcony. Less than two blocks to the beach. Edeka grocery store on the next block with other grocery stores also close by. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, clothing stores. Bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen all have their own doors so noise can be controlled within the apartment. Coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement, though only one set of machines for the whole multi-apartment building. A starter packet of dishwasher tablets and garbage bags was helpful though not enough for a week’s stay. Very responsive owner. Fifteen minute walk to the main train station. Easy bus and local train connections to other area towns. Elevator in the building.
The linens packet (20 EUR additional per person) contained sheets and towels, but there were cases for only two pillows and only one bath towel and hand towel per person. For a week-long stay, it would be good to have more towels and cases for additional pillows without further costs. The unit does not have a microwave.

Bitte das für künftige Mieter ändern. Die 12 ist ja auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Die Bettdecke - sehr schlechte Qualität. Zudecken und Kissen.
1. Bett war relativ in Ordnung - aber die 2. Bett-Zudecke (Winter) viel zu schwer. Wir haben eine Wolldecke gefunden und diese bezogen. Und die Kissen total hart.
