Great location near Gare du Nord, dining and parks. The elevator accesses every floor. I had a street facing room for my one night stay and was worried about noise, but it was quiet during the night. A fan in the room helped keep it cool. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is available for a charge. They also have a little bar/lounge. 24 hour front desk.
Temporary: Roadwork out front has the potential for noise on a week day.

The hotel was convenient for Gare du Nord, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
The room was very cramped, though that isn’t unusual for Paris. The breakfast room, though pleasant, was also a little cramped. The reception on arrival was far from welcoming.
