Sergio was an amazing host. He is an intelligent, humble man who built an architectural wizard house, and makes homemade chocolates on the side. Our Spanish is not native, so he was kind enough to speak English with us and Spanish. We got along very well! He kindly drew us maps of the area-- actually handy since there is no signal sometimes! He was also willing to taxi us around the area. He was perfect.
I recommend having one day to hike, then one day to relax at the cabana, and repeat the pattern. It's such an amazing place-- one of the most unique and comfortable houses you'll ever see in your lifetime. It is not basic! It's so genius! The surrounding nature is divine. The water is delicious! It's natural mountain spring water and needs no filtration. There is a kitchen, but buy a few days' food before heading out. It's quite remote.
We very much recommend it to you, and anyone, that wants to get away from screens and focus on reality. We are definitely returning next Argentine summer.
We had to return to our lives. Bummer!
