The apartment is nice and well equipped. Very suitable for families and in a quiet location.

The property didn't send check in information. I spent more than an hour trying to reach them by WhatsApp, SMS, email and through Booking. Finally they said I had to pay for additional services before I checked in. We had been on the road all day with two small kids and only had a poor mobile connection. They still refused to give us the address of the apartment. They only sent the payment request at 17:50 on the day of the check in. They may reply that they were waiting confirmation from us about the services, but I have their written confirmation from June in my email. Poor administration of check in process and unhelpful, uncooperative staff. The bedding had hair on it and some stains, no pillow cases. The lamps didn't work. There was no wifi password in the unit and the instructions said not to contact them about it.

Nice and beautiful house, everything is clean, good and comfortable beds. Kitchen have everything what you need. Nice view though the window.

Loved the location, the place itself and the ease of booking. Would definitely recommend this place!

Check-in was difficult. We had not received the access code to the house and tried calling 3-4 times without getting hold of anyone. Sat outside the cabin for about 45 mins... Not great when ypu have 3 very tired children in the car. Also, one of the matress protectors was soiled and needed washing.
