The location is perfect! Two beautiful sandy beaches are just a 3–5 minute walk away. It’s an ideal choice for a family vacation, especially if you’re traveling with a baby. The area is convenient, peaceful, and very family-friendly.
The furniture in the villa was quite old, but this was not a surprise as we had already seen it mentioned in previous reviews. Overall, everything was clean enough and comfortable for our stay.
One thing that could definitely be improved was the pool. It was not properly cleaned when we arrived, so we asked for it to be cleaned on our first day. Unfortunately, the pool was only cleaned after five days, which was disappointing, especially as we were traveling with children and expected the pool to be properly maintained.

Comfortable house with all necessary things in quite area . Coffee machine, fast internet , TV channels, large pool with beach towels. Sea is only 50 meters. Restaurants are short walk. Shappanis supermarket is very close too. By bus we go to Center of Protaras and Agia Napa.

Location was perfect and near the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was big and the kids enjoyed it a lot!!!
The only thing that needs to be changed are the beds as they are making a lot of noise.
