Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Shower was with hot water which I like.
Location was good, neat a big supermarket and a short drive to the bus terminal.
Staff were courteous enough but didn’t seem very happy!
Having to pay a deposit for damages. Not getting even a coffee in the morning because my bus was leaving at 6.

Mostly friendly staff, clean, if cave-like, rooms. The TV, A/C, and hot water shower with good pressure all worked.
There was nothing 'warm and elegant' about this hotel. If they billed it as an upscale Motel then it would have been fine. Some rooms do have windows that face the pool, but when there is only one single window measuring about 18" wide x 24" high, you don't have a "view." Most windows face the parking lot which has some greenery, but that is not a garden view. The free airport shuttle may seem like a nice feature until some ill-informed employee wakes you up by pounding on your door two hours before your shuttle. And then when told by several other employees he was two hours early, he walks away with no apology.
