The location is perfect, apartment is well equipped, very clean. The garden facilities are very nice. The shopping store, bakery and several restaurants are very close.
The steps to the upper floor sleeping room are a bit difficult for seniors in a night time.

Very nice location, just 2min walk from the sea, 2min from playground and a very good restaurant just behind a corner.
The terrace was quite neglected, table was plastic and a bit unstable, and the lawn in the garden unmown (the images presented here resembled the reality only remotely). The AC was not ideally situated so there was pretty warm in the bedrooms.
