The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the location was excellent, and the balcony was lovely. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Check-in was very fast and the girl from the reception, even climb up with us to show us the room, and explained everything to us.
The whole female staff is very polite and professional. They made us the great cappuccino every day on the breakfast, they are very fast and organized. Location is in quiet neighborhood, close to the center and the Lake Garda. Room is decent size.
Parking is included in the price in front of the hotel.
WIFI was good also.
What we didn't like is that the cleaning lady was way too early in our room, while we were on the breakfast at 7:30 in the morning. Maybe it is best to wait for the guests to leave the room when they go out, after 10 or 11 in the morning.
