The food, the staff, the location.
The bed was too hard and there was no wifi in the room.

The food was excellent. The staff were welcoming. The view was fantastic! The room was just right for a couple. Coffee maker with local grower coffee in room.

I had delicious pancakes with strawberries grown on site one day, and an excellent, typical Costa Rican breakfast the second. I like to start my day in silence, where possible, and this stay offered a wonderfully quiet, peaceful start to the morning. The staff could not have been nicer.

Beautiful mountain location and estate. Very comfortable chalets located in a beautiful garden with a variety of flowers and nice views. Close to Poas volcano, to La Paz waterfall hotel and estate, on the route to La Fortuna. Tasteful breakfasts and the possibility to have dinner. Very nice and accommodating staff!
