Very nice rooms in the nice neighbourhood of Mergellina. Well connected to the beaches and the City Centre. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. With elevator (which is only needed with luggage as the room is on the first floor) and air con so Perfect for a summer stay. The owners are incredibly nice and accomodating and gave good recommendations for the area.
I will Sanfilippo in mind for my next stay. :)

Locations is great. Close to train and underground, a large grocery store is like 25-50m away, close to the beach, the hill is kind of steep but you’ll manage. Good wifi, somewhat clean, working fridge and mainly working AC!
The first couple of days our neighbours that we shared a hallway with were very loud during late nights/early mornings. Neighbours upstairs were also able to show us that they are present and lively even at 1-2am.
Water flow in general is a bit low but low but I suppose it's a city thing.
Parking garage was located below our window directly, so the light constantly goes on and off. Suggesting earplugs and sleep mask if you are a light sleeper.
Since the apartment is up a really steep hill, cars and especially scooters have to really rev their engines to be able to go up, therefore the street could be loud at times.
Great stay anyways. Just sharing general feedback.
