It is conveniently located. Our room was spacious. In addition there was a common kitchen and a very nice porch on the second floor. We were able to park our car securely behind a gate upon arriving at the property.
Maybe typical of Georgia: the shower water was not contained by the curtain and gets all over the bathroom floor. The shower head was also partially broken and did not stay in place. We were only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper and ran out before the end of our stay.

The location is really good, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the check-in went smoothly. The price was very good.
Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly and after turning it on for a few minutes, it started dripping water on the floor, which made using it really annoying. Especially in Kutaisi (probably the hottest city in Georgia), this was a very real issue. Also, there was a hole in the corner which made ants come inside the room (room 2). For our stay there wasn’t enough toilet paper and there was no staff we could’ve asked for a refill.
