The property exceeded our expectations - we thought it was clean and provided a great base for our stay. We wished we had stayed for more than 2 nights.

Great location, only half way up the hill! Great communication for self check in. Fabulous terrazzo for afternoon drinks. Two bathrooms worked very well.
Bring your own toiletries as there's not much there. No towel or tea towel in the kitchen.

Exceeded our expectations, very clean, newly renovated inside, loved the two bathrooms and perfect location. Host responded right away. Parking was a plus.

Large place, good for families or friends travelling together.
The owner is obviously not interested in offering an exceptional experience. Someone has commented on this previously but 3 coffee pods for 3 guests in 3 days, is unacceptable. It's a small ask which can go a long way. The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Before checking out I was looking under the bed for dropped jewellery and was disturbed by the amount of dust and food crumbs found underneath. The owner also did not invest in mattress covers, the state of the mattress was repulsive. We wasted time trying to figure out the wifi, password was different than posted and the box was disconnected. A place called il giardino of Riomaggiore should put some effort into cleaning up the garden.
