Traumhafte Lage. Wunderschöner Balkon und super ausgestattetes Apartment. Robert war super freundlich und die ganze Abstimmung lief sehr unkompliziert und nett. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und aufgenommen in der Nachbarschaft. Bademöglichkeit direkt unterhalb des Balkons. Sehr schöner Ort. Fahrradverleih neben an. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

booked the small room with side-view balcony (my own mistake). be aware that the room is hardly suited for two persons. bed is very small and very limited storage available. rather book a larger apartment if travelling with a mate

What a fantastic location, next to beach and a few steps to one of the best cafes in Bol and supermarket. The host was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a bottle of wine! Fruit bowl was waiting for us on arrival too! Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money. We had the double room which had a great view of the sea and a balcony where you could hang your washing and sit and have lunch. One of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced who texted us with weather forecasts and even when the power was off for a few hours! Now that’s service.

A delightful and spacious top floor apartment with the best views in Bol looking out across the Adriatic sea. The apartment has been recently modernised so has a lovely bathroom with good shower (and a washing machine with supplied washing pods). The living area is large and there are two bedrooms with comfy Queen sized beds. You can step out of the living area and bedroom onto a full width and deep terrace which is fantastic for sitting out on: there is a large tabel and chairs, and a swing seat. There is a large canopy for shade too (the apartment is south facing). People watching is a delight! There are restaurants galore within several minutes walk - Bol town and harbour is 100m. The road below is quiet, mainly used by people walking or on bikes and scooters. You can swim right from the rocks below the apartment or the little beach to the left. Bigger beaches are ten minutes walk towards and beyon the monastery. Robert is a friendly and welcoming host. His family run the restaurant below the apartment, always busy but never noisy while we were there. There is a local supermarket (Studenac) just two minutes away up the steps. A fabulous place, highly recommended.
The rainhead shower did not work very well, needs a good clean! (The separate shower head worked fine though). The TV could do with updating for streaming services (Netflix etc).

Robert is an excellent person. He treat you so well always answering you with agility and responsibility. His place is cozy with a small kitchen and a wonderful view. Restaurants are surrounded.
On our check in we received some fresh fruits in our apartment from his garden and it was really appreciate. In another occasion, he gave us a ride and saved our luggage by the end.
Parking lot is also provided but think twice. We do not recommend a car if you stay in Bol. Everything is walkable and the most nice places (in our opinion) in Brac are in Bol.
We totally recommend this propriety!!!
Internet was really intermittent but it was a minor problem for us since we used our own internet.
An idea for the future would be to have some towels for the beach (could be old/ not used anymore).

woke up every morning to the sound of swallows and waves lapping on the beach underneath our window - no traffic noise to bother us!

I’m struggling to praise this enough. if your in any doubt at all, just book it and make sure it’s the top floor apartment (it has the swing). Robert the host is top top. the apartment was spotless and just perfect. the view is perhaps one of the best on the island and is almost entirely unspoiled. We will be back ASAP
the only issue I had was the slightly soft mattress which for me was too soft and not comfortable (personal taste). same with pillows.

The location is fabulous, right on the beachside road. Maybe the best location in Bol. The apartment was clean on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. They even added a little birthday surprise for us.
The front balconies overlook the sea from all sides and the smaller apartment is on the side of the building with a smaller balcony but still has a sea view.
It is well finished and well stocked on arrival with the essentials.

Amazing location and spacious apartment with everything we needed, great value for money too, it felt like a well kept secret! Our hosts were lovely people, their family also ran the restaurant downstairs which was our favourite place to eat during our stay in Bol. We couldn't believe how close the gorgeous sea was and loved waking up to the sound of the waves... The location made us not want to leave the balcony! But there is also a beautiful beach around the corner which we loved visiting.

The location is awesome! Just across a little used two lane road from the sea. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We loved the terrace and spent a lot of time out there. It’s very quiet on this end of town but only a 5 minute walk to the center of town.
The apartment is very nice and very comfortable. It’s spacious and well kept. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was large enough to cook in and was well stocked with glasses, plates and pots and pans. Robert left plenty of dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels for us to use.
Robert was a great host. He checked in often to see if everything was ok. He helped us with our bags coming in and leaving.
We were in the two bedroom apartment with the large terrace. We would love to stay here again if we’re back in Bol. We highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great location with the restaurants and bars at the doorstep. The studio is quiet, cozy and functional with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Our host was so friendly and went out of his way to make us feel taken care of. We experienced true Balkan hospitality from Robert and his family. Highly recommended!

The location is simply great and the host very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to the sea and its many spots to swim in. The village is small enough to get everywhere by foot, is well kept and has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

We had great four days at this apartment. The apartment was spacious and the balcony view was spectacular. It was literally next to the beach. We loved the location since it was peaceful but city center was in walking distance. Also, supermarket was very close by.
If you like to cook at the apartment, there was full kitchenware available. Also, for families there was two playgrounds nearby.
Wifi was a bad.
For some reason bedroom had red lights.

Small and just perfect for a solo stay. Perfect location (steps from the water, above an amazing restaurant, near to store and cafe). Robert and his family truly put their heart into running this business and it shows. Wifi is great. Bed super comfortable. I'll be back and highly recommend.

This apartment was the most amazing place! Not only was the inside spacious and bathroom renovated, the balcony was incredible and looked at the sea which was less than a stones throw away. We could walk 3 minutes to the east to be in town, have coffee, food, drinks and food or 3 minutes left for a secluded little beach. We absolutely loved this apartment. We would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Missing microwave, Little less stuff for cooking, of you have kids and pram, there are some stairs you need to manage all the time you go somewhere. Parking not just on the spot, but about 150m (but it's because of the superb location of apartment)
