Do not recommend to anyone!

The location of the flat is superb. Located very close to the Old Town and New Town. That's about it.

Very poor communication with the owner. He seemed primarily interested in knowing only our arrival time. Even after we reported that the flat was dirty and raised our concerns, we received no response. It felt like complete ignorance of the issue. The flat was, quite simply, very dirty. In the bathroom, the shower cabin and glass had clearly not been cleaned. The drains were very smelly and could definitely have used some pipe cleaner. There was dust everywhere, and, to make matters worse, the toilet had visible urine and stool marks. The kitchen floor, countertops, and cupboards, both inside and out, were stained and covered with visible hand marks, as though they had not been properly wiped for a long time. The fridge/freezer and washing machine were also dirty. The living room was dusty, and the built-in wardrobe had, once again, visible finger marks and dust inside. The sofa had shoe marks on it, and the chair was heavily stained. The ceilings and chandeliers in both the living room and bedroom were covered in dust and cobwebs. We were not even sure whether the bed sheets had been changed or whether we had slept in the same ones used by the previous guests. Had it not been just two nights before our departure from Warsaw, we would have cancelled the booking and looked for another place. It is a real pity that the apartment is being offered to guests in such a state, because it could otherwise be a very lovely and cosy place to stay and enjoy Warsaw even more.

Great location but needs better cleaning.

The location

Some bedsheets were not cleaned after previous use. Bathroom cleanliness was not great. The TV remote didn’t work. The ceiling is very high and there cobwebs that were not cleaned.

This apartment needs severe upgrade and cleaning.

Location

-The worst part was the hygiene. When we arrived, we couldn't believe the condition of the bed. The sheets were not clean, there was dust and hair on it. When I called, he said he changed the sheets himself, it was clean, also he was very far away and couldn't do anything about it, if I wanted I could cancel the stay. We had to sleep on our jackets and tshirts in order not to touch the bed. -I asked for more towels, there were only 2 shower towels with bleach stains and no other towel. He said I booked only for one person (which is not possible because we did the booking for 2 adults on booking before payment). -The drawers were full of dust and a cupboard had food crumbs. -Toilet seat was almost detached from wall -Safety issues regarding plugs being detached from walls. -Shower door is almost out of place. -Full of dust on the floor. -Stains on armchairs, sofa, floor lampshade..
