I like how it was close to Mercado Plazita and a short ride to the Litegua bus station.
Just that you can hear people talking right outside your room. The guests aren't mindful of the volume of their voice they should talk in lower volume incase people are sleeping

Good wifi
Our room had tens of cocroaches so we had to sleep light on to make sure they are not coming to bed
