I stayed with a family of 4 from the UK and met up with local Thai family. The villa was large with plenty of room for us all, the bedrooms and beds were large too. There are TVs in every room. The kids especially loved the swimming pool and the pool table, both of which, when we weren't enjoying days out, they were on constantly. The kitchen made cooking easy and there are clothes washing facilities out the back.
We were left alone by the owner, apart from a courtesy visit by a maintenance person to ask if we needed more towels. The location means access may be difficult without your own vehicle.
I would recommend and book again.
Nothing really. This is the first villa I have stayed in, and was perfect for what we needed. The location is within a soi, with a 7-11 a very short drive away.

It’s was a good location
The address that was written in there booking was not the correct one and we ended up at the wrong place late evening. When we arrived the right key to the house was on the other side of the pool and I needed to jump it to open the front door. And nothing about what the code was to the key box as well. The shower was broken in room number 1. We contacted them, but they never came and fix it.
