the spaciousness, and the self catering facilities, modern apartment with good security. the host was excellent, we would definitely stay there again.

not so much we didn’t like, but there wasn’t a blind up at the en suite window so we couldn’t use the shower in there as we were worried people could see in, but it wasn’t the end of the world as there was a shower in the main bathroom.

Apartment was very well designed and everything we could need for a perfect stay was provided. Keycode was emailed prior to stay which made check in very easy and convenient to check in. Host was very helpful and on hand if needed. Will definitely look to book another stay.

Lovely apartment, great for parking too as there’s a free car park across the road if you have more than one car! easy bus (82) into liverpool for £2!

2 bathrooms and it’s quiet too even though it’s a block of flats

The location was good if a car was available; however, bus transport is close by. The apartment is a good size for four people, and it has reasonable but basic amenities. The host provided clear arrival instructions and was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. Thank you!

The property could use some maintenance and additional basic facilities. Not all of the heaters, windows, and lights work; the toilet roll dispenser is missing; the kitchen sink is missing a plug, so washing up has to be done in a bucket (provided), and adding some basic kitchen utensils -- a grater, sharper knives, a decent size pot (i.e. for cooking pasta) and larger fry pan -- would make the stay easier. Providing face washers would also be appreciated.

Access to property was key code. Property was in a secured gated community, private parking space. Great area for getting around by car too city centre & other areas. But did notice buses nearby & having known Liverpool, buses are extremely easy to get around & quick. Property was very comfortable & having brought along 6 year old twins, they thought it was home from home, with all the facilities needed i.e., cooker, fridge etc.

Wish I could find one minus......... but cannot fault it :-)

This was a nice apartment in a lovely gated community. There was everything you needed in the apartment We left our car and jumped on a bus to Liverpool rather than parking in Liverpool. We popped across the road to Iceland to pick up something for breakfasts, and something for dinner first night. First floor apartment, stairs were a bit of a challenge for my mum, but a hand rail on each side helped, she is 82

Only thing we found missing was a pair of tongs, but everything else was great

The location was okay for our needs.

A deep clean of the whole property is required. The oven was very dirty, and a used baking tray with food remains was still inside. The fridge was unclean with residue of food remaining. The apartment had a smell reminiscent of onion. There were dust webs everywhere and a thick layer of dust on imitation house plants.

It was secure and safe, easy to access, good amount of space, two bathrooms was good to have.

Poor quality shower, dirty fridge, cheap beds and mattress, furniture not comfortable or good quality, TV couldn't connect to anything to watch (this was resolved on second day but meant an early start with the kids!), location convenient from train but not particularly nice - and yet high price for apartment not in city centre and not in peak holiday time. I would have expected better facilities or a lower price - I assumed high price was high quality but it has been finished cheaply.

Information about parking permit if needed to put in car, shower pull cord not obvious to get shower working, no bath mats. Bit rough round the edges

It was a lovely apartment, roomy with everything in it that you needed, nice touches with reference to LIverpool. Just needs a thorough clean.

Attention to detail, one light not working in living area, in hallway and in ensuite. One bedside lamp not working in double room. Extractor fan away from ceiling and not working in ensuite, mould around window and no toilet roll holder, looks like there had been one at some point two holes in wall. Appeared to be mould on one of the told up towels. Tissues and two pieces of spiral food down side of dressing table,didn't investigate too closely. Enamel chip in bath. Crumbs and something round possibly a makeup pad didn't touch it under seats of sofa which were not very supportive, children's handmarks on window. Information book needs updating regarding wi fi. Trim away from wall near arch. Didn't use oven could have done with a wipe out. A couple of the kitchen doors looked worse for wear and there was an unpleasant odour from under the kitchen sink possibly stale cloths. Fridge light didn't work. There were two smoke alarms without covers don't even know if they worked quite worrying. Appeared to be water stains on most of the ceilings, had the above apartment flooded at some point. Would have been nice to know where to have taken rubbish.
