About this cottage rental

Situated in Primrose Valley, this attractive cottage for $217 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Seaside Cottage is situated on Sunrise Drive, perfect for guests who want to make use of the onsite amenities – the outside table tennis table, tennis court, pub, cafe and pool are all just a few steps away. Enter through the front door into the hallway with a downstairs toilet under the stairs. To your left is a door through to the well-equipped kitchen, dining space and living room with 2 comfortable leather sofas, and large Smart TV. The kitchen has a full size dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Plastic cutlery and plates, bowls and cups for little ones. Dog bowl,mat and treats under sink for 4 legged guests! French doors open onto the sunny patio with seating for four in the beautiful courtyard garden with table tennis table nearby so you can sit and watch the children play, or enjoy a game yourself!. Parking bays available to the front and rear of the property. Upstairs is the main bedroom with comfortable kingsize bed, plenty of storage, and TV. There is also a further spacious bedroom with two full-size single beds (this can be made up as a superking bed on request), TV and DVD player and storage. There is also a light and airy bathroom with shower over the bath, with handheld attachment if required. We leave a small selection of DVDs, board games, books and beach equipment (under the stairs,) including 4 beach chairs, tent, parasol,windbreak and cool bag, for guests to use. The Bay and Seaside Cottage is dog friendly. The dog friendly beach is just a few minutes walk away. The pub, shop, arcade, pharmacy is just a few strides away from the front door and the table tennis table just outside the patio doors. Seaside cottage had a very comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 comfortable sofas. Perfect for a couple or family.

Had a fantastic week at seaside cottage, having stayed at the cottage next door last year, the location is superb with all amenities close to hand and is ideal for walking the dog with plenty of paths nearby The cottage was just what we wanted and was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed I’m sure we will return next year !!

Had a fantastic few days at The Bay Filey. The house was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and was good quality. The only thing we would change is the 10 tog duvet (it’s July) and we would like blackout / thicker curtains. Would definitely stay again

I stayed here with my partner, granddaughter and 2 small dogs. The accommodation is very well equipped and was spotless on arrival. The décor is very appropriate for the location on the coast. The bay itself was also very nice. We liked it so much we are looking to book again next year.

I stayed with my boy (6) for a short break (3 days). The booking and communication with Paula was excellent with everything was explained prior to arrival. The property, which is well equipped with everything you could expect, has a great location almost opposite the swimming pool and other facilities. The swimming pool is great, if a little busy at times. I didn’t use the other facilities as we found plenty to do at Filey and Scarborough. My only point would be if you were a family of 4 with older children the property is a little small, but for those with smaller children it is absolutely fine. I would definitely recommend this property.
