This is a really nice comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. Nice view of the sea, the area is very quiet.
The apartment was spotlessly clean. The shower is lovely and big with good power to wash off the beach!
We didn’t cook there but looks like everything you would need was available to use.
No where to sit around the pool, a couple of deckchairs would be a nice addition.

Location of the property was good. Close enough to walk and far enough away to not hear the busy pubs that were close by.
Isabel was on hand via WhatsApp and quickly to respond when needed.
There was a washing machine and materials ( I appreciate they may have been left by a previous customer). It meant we could pack less which was important to us.
The air con worked!
We used the fridge/freezer, kettle and sink.
The tv had a good number of channels.
There were towels available and beach towels.
The original booking was carried out online and confirmed by email, as were all subsequent correspondence from the owner, at no point was I directed to the Booking.com app for further directions.
The email I received gave me the street address.
When I arrived I noticed that there was no signage for the property name so that added a bit of stress.
There was a phone number on the email confirmation and Isabel answered my phone call and we moved on to a WhatsApp chat and video call. She was able to give me detailed instructions on the Building number, floor and apartment number. It should be noted this was slightly off the main road so without that contact number I would never have found the apartment.
This is a residential property. Not holiday apartments.

While there is a pool, there’s no seats or loungers.
If you want to spend time by the pool, you drip dry or just sit on the tiles.
While the apartment itself is well maintained internally, there are issues with the building maintenance.
While the air conditioning worked, it leaked and there is evidence of this impacting on the walls inside as the walls are peeling.
The ceiling is showing evidence of damage in the living room as this is peeling as well.
Overall the apartment was very clean but could be helped with some modernisation.
