Sea View Court Kobe Hotel is a great choice if you want a comfortable and convenient stay in Kobe. The location is super convenient, being just a short walk from Shin-Kobe Station and nearby bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city or catch the Shinkansen.
The rooms are clean and cozy, and true to the hotel's name, you get lovely views of the ocean and the city. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to key spots like the Nunobiki Herb Gardens. Friendly service and smooth check-in topped off a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a hassle-free and scenic stay!

We chose Seaview Court Kobe for our anniversary trip, and honestly, we’re so glad we did. ❤️
We wanted a place where we could just relax and enjoy our time together, and this place was perfect for that. The room was clean, neat, and surprisingly spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. After spending the day exploring Kobe, it was nice to come back to a place where we could just rest and enjoy some quiet time together.
What made our stay even more memorable was Atoo and Okusan. They were both so kind and accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell that they really care about their guests, and that personal touch made a big difference.
The location was also very convenient, especially with the bus stop nearby. Getting around was easy, so we didn't have to worry too much about transportation.
Our anniversary trip to Kobe was already special, but staying at Seaview Court made it even more memorable. It wasn't just a place to sleep—it became part of our little anniversary trip story. 🥰
We'd definitely love to come back someday. Thank you, Atoo and Okusan, for making us feel so welcome! ❤️

Location was great, host was super nice. He helped us find our lost luggage. Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely accommodating. He met us at the entry to the building when we arrived by taxi and then gave us a tour of the property. We found the next morning that the bathtub was slippery and we called him to request a rubber bathmat to be placed in the tub. He brought a new one to us the same day. We reserved two apartments -- one for my wife and I and the other for my son and his family, which includes 4 young children. The apartments are well furnished Western style and especially spacious for Japan (1.5 bathrooms), and have wonderful views of Kobe and the ocean. The apartment provided for my son's family included a playroom filled with toys, which our grandchildren really liked. We were within walking distance of Shin-Kobe and various restaurants and playgrounds, and there was also a bus stop right in front of the building, for the bus route to the downtown shopping areas.
There were two things that could have been better. One was that the bedding for the queen size bed was too narrow for the mattress; the bottom bedsheet did not tuck in on the sides. The second was that the hot water heater repeatedly turned off, although the owner showed us how to reset it, which then solved the problem each time.
