The staff was friendly at all times. They were very attentive to my Booking reservation. It's easy to contact them via WhatsApp or call to resolve any questions. The hotel is centrally located, a five-minute walk from Plaza Bolivar. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is small but comfortable. The two-person room doesn't have a window, so the space is small, but it's perfect if you want to spend a few nights in the city. There are several restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

The price of Hotel and the location in respect of tourism is great. The staff are great and there is 24 hour reception which is necessary in the area. Close to cafes and shops!
The area is a bit sketchy after dark. But I was expecting that. The room can be a bit warm. Probably only suitable for a couple of days.

The room was clean. It was not too expensive.
Unfortunately there was too much noise from the staff very early in the morning, I cannot sleep well with that noise. Additionally, the lady in the reception was a little bit rude.
