Amazing old house in the middle of historic center of Vrsar. To get there is a challenge but it is worth it. You walk out the door and you are on a main square with restaurants. To walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The ground floor has two bedrooms and own kitchen which we did not use as the first floor is gorgeous. There is a little garden next to the house with BBQ, table and chairs. Free parking.
There is no easy access with the car to the house, so loading out and loading in suitcases and bags is a challenge. There was no one I could speak face to face. All comms are via whatsapp and a phone call. To find a free parking is challenge however it is close to the beach, so we were leaving all equipment for beach in the car instead of taking it up and down to the house. The house is on the high ground, so walking up from the beach might be a challenge for some.

The view is exceptional. The highest point of Vrsar's Old Town makes it so the landscape visible from the windows is unobstructed. Truly beautiful.
The only way up from the beach is a big dose of cardio. I mean if you're traveling with kids be prepared for them to nag about the steep stairs that lead to the house. Also, the BBQ grill was dirty and the garden tiny.
