La dueña era un encanto y el patio interior también. Nuevo e inmaculadamente limpio. Habitación bien equipada. Buen aparcamiento para motos.
Insonorizacion nula. Se oye tanto el ruido de los clientes del café del establecimiento como el de la calle que es bastante ruidosa. Algo lejos del mar.

phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, cơ bản. ko phù hợp cho gia đình có trẻ em và đi ô tô vì có phụ thu 150k/ trẻ ( bất kể lứa tuổi), giá đội lên ko đáng.
1. phòng tắm gắn tự động nên nếu ko di chuyển đèn sẽ tắt, hơi phiền.
2. ko có khăn tắm, chỉ có 2 khăn mặt
3. phụ thu trẻ em ( ko cần biết bao nhiêu tháng, tuổi) 150k, trên app ko thông tin-> ko hiểu luôn
4. ko có chỗ đậu xe ô tô, muốn đậu trong nhà thì sáng 6h phải chạy xe đậu ngoài đường do bên dưới là quán cà phê
