The manager greeted us and was very attentive and explained everything. We were upgraded from twin to double with shower which was nice. The bed was comfortable and having the shower was great instead of sharing the two that were on the same floor. We were situated near to the town centre which was great and a 20 minute walk to football stadium which was the reason for our visit.
We thought the rooms were dated although very big rooms. I was sat in on the evening and couldn't get the tv to work as I was in on the evening while my partner went to football.

Joan is always so accommodating even when my plans change last minute due to family health issues. This is a great place to stay and it is in a great, quiet location very close to the town centre.

Room and bathroom were clean. I liked the fridge in the room. Also, really appreciated the helpful communication from Joan.
