About this apartment rental

New studio room in Werri Beach. Great location, one street off the beach and an easy stroll to Bowling Club and iconic Werri Beach Fish & Chips. Perfect for couples with option of single roll-away bed for a third person. Includes kitchenette, lounge, dining and ensuite.

This newly constructed private studio in the heart of Werri Beach is perfect for couples looking to experience the South Coast. The studio is attached to the main house, however, it has a separate entry and guests will be given absolute privacy during their stay.

The studio contains a queen bed, 2-seater lounge, TV, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and kitchenette.

The kitchenette contains cutlery, crockery and glassware, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and small refrigerator.

Free parking is available on the street.

5m walk to beach and short drive to Bowlo for meals at night and Main Street not far away. Property with adjoining door to accomodation meant some house noises if resting. Bathroom sink needed new plug and water pressure comes and goes.

Would stay again limited parking near property no decent heating only plugin oil heater(small for big room ). Noisey on Sunday night kids running around dreaming from 6.30-8.30 very thin walls
