Made the host, his wife, and his family are so lovely, welcoming and very accommodating! Im so sorry i forgot his name, but the young gentleman that brings everyone to their room and carries their luggage and brings up breakfast is such a lovely guy and very helpful too. Appreciate all their work.

L’emplacement idéal au centre d’Ubud, un petit déjeuner bon. Le personnel gentil.
Ce n’était pas propre, j’ai du demander à plusieurs reprises du nettoyage. Il y avait des tâches de partout et la salle de bain ne donnait pas envie. Les draps et les serviettes étaient tachés également. Il y a des chiens en cage à l’entrée qui sentent mauvais et ça fait vraiment peine à voir, ils ne semblent pas être très bien soignés et avaient l’air malades. Les chats avaient l’air d’avoir très faim. J’ai essayé d’en discuter mais en vain ça me laisse perplexe et triste. J’espère qu’ils sont mieux traités que ce dont je pense. Ils sont enfermés car ils peuvent se faire accidenter par le traffic et que le passage des clients se fait par l’entrée principale donc ils sont sortis durant quelques heures, je ne comprends pas. Besoin de plus d’attention dans cet établissement et d’un gros coup de fraîcheur. J’ai écourté mon séjour et trouvé bien plus propre pour le même prix voir moins chère.
