Very good and responsive communication, they were very accommodating. Definitely a comfortable and recommended stay!
There was no hairdryer in the room. We didn't request one though, I'm sure the hosts would have provided one!

A confortable and decently priced location to visit The Bears Cave. You have some fresh traditional and local dishes at the restaurant served in large portions and plenty of drink options to spend the evening. We had a great chat with the host.
There are 2 buildings, a newly built one and an older one, most probably depending on the type of the room. The pictures are mixed. We got 4 single beds in a room in the old building and although the room was warm, clean and soundprofed, it really looked like it needs refurbishment.
The whole road in the village (including the part to the Cave) is in very poor shape. You have a heated pool and a garden with a playground at the location if you want to spend time there, but if you want to have your camp there for a few days in order to visit other local attractions it might be annoying to lose 20 minutes each day just because of the potholes.

First of all the staff! The are very kind and friendly people that are always there when you need anything. Also the food and drinks were delicious!
The rooms are too small and also sometimes it's very noisy because of other customers.

The pensiune was in a reasonably quiet village street. The Triple Room was clean and beds comfortable. It was heated and the shower worked well after a time to draw up hot water. Fortunately, there was only one other room occupied. We had the full breakfast, which was ham, cheeses, fried eggs, tomatoes, peppers, bread, jam and zacurska. Tasty combination.
We had booked a cabin in the garden, with independent entrance to avoid noisy neighbours in the pensiune. However, on arrival were told the cabin was not heated, so we could have a room indoors. We agreed, and it turned out OK. Like many pensiune, there's an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. So it was cold trying to make a hot drink (It was cold weather). They don't have kettles, so you have to boil water in a saucepan (normal for Romania) but no cups at all in the kitchen. We brought up our own. I am sure the host would have brought cups, if asked. I think it was end of season.
