Location was great, the manager of the place was super nice and helpful. Place had to offer discounts in the places around, which was truly useful.
It was super hot, no air conditioning. We were living in individual room, which is in the second floor. There were just two windows, it hardly helped:(
Also, there is this crazy cat of neighbours which scared the shit out of me, i hated that this cat was freely walking all around the house and trust me saying that it was not friendly at all.

We stayed in the upstairs loft with King bed.
Location was perfect. No parking at the hotel but about 5-7min walk away there is a parking lot.
Convenience of a washer/dryer with fridge and kitchenette in the unit.
Discount at restaurant and ice cream shop. Staff was really kind and available.
The room was very soundproof, it was quiet at night.
There is no AC but the nights are cool so with both windows open and the fan we were very comfortable at night.
The room has slanted ceilings so for my partner who is 6ft it wasn't the most convenient.
The bathroom is quite small and did not have soap in the shower but it was clean.
The bed and pillows could be more comfortable but we understand the comfort level is not the same as a 5 star hotel.
The windows in the room are small so you can't really have outside views.

Such a nice and lovely hostel with only a few people so it has a really familiar vibe!
Gonçalo and his colleague were such nice and helpful hosts and always went the extra mile for us to feel comfortable. I can only recommend the place!
The beds are super comfy, there is full privacy thanks to the blinds and the roof top terrace is very cute too!
Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect! Even when there was a water disruption because of some street works, Gonçalo made sure we stayed comfortably and organized some water even though it was out of his control!

I like the capsule bunks for the feeling of privacy while in a dorm. Gonçalo is an amazing host! Very friendly with excellent communication and even gave me a great recommendation for Sintra. The place is compact but they are smart with the space. The kitchenette was very well stocked and for those of us on a budget its nice to have access to
