The property and buildings were stunning. Old exterior with fully modern interior. Room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Bathroom was beautiful

Amazing unique location with great views and fantastic beach access. Authentic & clean building as well as surroundings, including the swimming pool. Really spacious parking, very handy. Good to have 2 different restaurants on site.
Staff in restaurants (except final evening in the Italian restaurant, where there was more enthusiasm) and at breakfast didn’t feel very welcoming, not sure if this was the language barrier or not. Never once were we asked if we enjoyed the food or if they could help, we always had to chase them. In the morning you even felt a bit scared to ask anything not to annoy someone… Didn’t feel like a 5 star experience. Welcome at reception & luggage service, however, was great, also housekeepers were very friendly.
The “warm” breakfast items such as eggs or pancakes were never really warm, as they are strangely stored in open plates.
Room pictures showed balcony, but room did not have a balcony: not a big problem, as the room was very nice, but still confusing.

Very impressive property with the wonderful shields and garden and perfect locatie opposite very nice little beach. Fantastic large bed and great sea view rooms with nice balcony
