Location was perfect - just around the corner from the Grand Place and on a shopping/restaurant street. We did not order breakfast but it looked nice when we passed by. Central train station was only about 350m walk from the door.

The location was very central. Close to everything you need. Everything was in walking distance which was great for exploring.
After traveling all night we arrived at the hotel and were hoping to pay for an earlier check in but this was not possible. Check in times were at exactly 2pm. If you try to check in at 1:50 they will still refuse you. Once it hits 2pm there will be a queue of people to check in so I would advise standing by the desk a couple of minutes before.
To have a shower you had to climb into a bath, the bath seemed higher than normal and they didn't have any bath mat which was quiet dangerous once the bath was wet as it became slippy. My mother slipped once and banged the inside of her thigh.
We had an issue with the door of our room on the second day, when we came back to the hotel we couldn't get the door open, so I had to go down to reception and explain. The man at reception did something on the computer and then handed the card back, went back upto the room and the door still wouldn't open. Went back down and then I was given a new card instead. Went back up to the room and then the new card still didn't open the door. So the third time the receptionist came back up with me and took a look.
Once we got the door open we decided to head back out and then the door wouldn't lock so I had to go back down to reception. Then the receptionist came back up again and ended up changing the batteries on the door and it was fine then. The man was nice and helpful though and assured me that he would find a solution when I said I was not confident going in and out with all of the door issues.
The beds were very comfy but the decorations in the room made it quiet dark and a bit creepy but for the price you pay and for the location it's a good hotel. They also leave nice little sweets to welcome you.
