Correcta

Buena ubicación y relación calidad-precio. El personal fue muy amable. Cercano a un parking gratuito a 5 minutos, se puede acceder por las escaleras mecánicas.

Ningún problema, habitación básica totalmente equipada. El agua va por contador individual, si se gasta tarda 2 horas en regenerarse.

Cosy stay in centre of Toledo making a great base for exploring right from the centre

Really central location to explore Toledo. You are pretty much almost on the central square but the bedrooms are away from the crowds meaning it is super quiet - perfect! The front desk is 24 hours which is great and the staff are friendly and ready to be of help with any questions. The room itself was a double room with en suite looking out into the centre of the building so lighting wasn't high but it fitted my needs and was a comfy, clean stay!

Nothing to add here as it fitter my needs and was good value for the money!

Beautiful room

Location is amazing. The room was spacious and very bright, nice big bathroom (although the shower could be bigger), beautiful view from the window

The bed was rather short, so might be too short for somebody taller than 1.8 m. Wi-fi didn't work well, although it's a problem everywhere in Toledo

Perfect for a short stay right in the city center, friendly and helpful staff, within walking distance of the train station and all museums and points of interest in the city center. Very enjoyable. A pleasant and traditional hostel which clearly met all my expectations.

The room was as on the picture. All good. Lady on the reception very nice. Hostal in the city center. My room had window close to the main square, so the noice and voices of people till later hours. But with the closed window is ok..

No aircondition in the room, or at least i didnt see any...

it’s impossible to take a hot shower!!! was not very pleasant take cold shower in the cold weather!!!!

Great for short visits; especially if you are not planning spending so much time inside

Availability of the staff

A lot of noises where coming from the toilet and the pipes that woke me up several times even if I stopped the water coming to the tank of the toilet. In the shower, the point of attachment of the shower head was broken

Superb

Perfect location right in the centre of the old centre of Toledo. Close to key attractions, restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were lovely in helping us check in early, even though we knew we would arrive before the check in time, they made the extra effort to have a room ready for us when available. Also very help with information and anything else you might need.

The Air-conditioning is centralised so you don't have control over the temperature yourself. However, our room was the perfect temperature the whole time so it's not really something to complain about, just a note for anyone who's a bit more picky.
