Convenient location as we were attending The theatre at the mill.
Clean hotel with good facilities and parking.
We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary which the hotel was aware of on booking but didn't even receive a wishing or acknowledgement which we found very disappointing and it made us and our celebration feel underwhelmed.
The breakfast was awful we both ordered a full fry with fried egg.
Both of our eggs were not cooked.
They were raw and slimy all around the yolk, the half tomato wasn't cooked it was just flash seared on the top only and hard as a brick with steamed grey horrible mushrooms, steamed hard bacon and salty sausages with soggy undercooked hash browns.
We were really looking forward to a good breakfast but sadly this wasn't the case.

Cooked breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable.
Would have liked more choice for continental breakfast. There was no air conditioning. The area by the toilets was very smelly. Shower in our room was almost hanging off the wall.
