The location is superb! So close to the Earl's Court Station which is so easy to get around everywhere in London. Restaurants, pubs, pastry shop and fast food places just up the street. A very quiet tree lined street with a private garden across the street. If you look at the room size you should know that the rooms are not big, so we expected that. However, we do not spend that much time in the room. Too much to see and do in London! The decor is very nice, the shower pressure is great and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The deposit was not a big deal and was returned to my credit card the next day. We stayed three nights in a deluxe room. We will definitely stay here again. You cannot beat the price for this location in the Royal Borough District if Kensington and Chelsea. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The room is very nice and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. As we arrived early and leave early but needed to leave our baggage for safekeeping and he was very accommodating.
A bit noise as there are few buildings being renovated otherwise it’s a nice place to stay in as it’s within walking distance to the underground railway.

I am still waiting, after almost three months and a continuing credit card investigation, to receive the refund for my deposit. The manager sent an email saying that it was refunded, but if it was, it was not refunded to my credit card which was the only form of payment that I used. Just a caution in terms of leaving a deposit.
