Impeccabile, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Soggiorno indimenticabile :) oltre le nostre aspettative L’appartamento era molto pulito e bene arredato; al suo interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, piatti, pentole, stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, asciugamani…) Siamo stati accolti dal sig. Giovanni che fin dal primo momento si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Lo ringraziamo per la disponibilità e le piacevoli chiacchierate La struttura, dotata di parcheggio privato, è in una zona tranquilla da dove si può raggiungere facilmente Cagliari e le spiagge della Sardegna. Torneremo sicuramente, è stato tutto impeccabile! Grazie mille

Overall satisfied

The most we liked in this place is being very clean. Also, staff is very friendly and nice. It was so nice that they provided a beach umbrella when we asked. For the first time I see a WiFi works perfectly in a room:)

Kitchen definitely needs a bit more change. There were no knife, oil, salt or kettle. These are the minuses. The rest was good.

Cute house in the suburbs.

We had a private balcony, the house has a private parking lot in a quiet neighborhood.

The mattress was terrible, the room was outdated. The pictures were a bit misleading. The house is far from the residential areas so if you want to go out for example for dinner you have to go by car.

Cosy house in the countryside.

Our flight arrived quite late, and though we will be an inconvenient to the host, however not only they welcomed us, but showed us around the property calmly and explained all the things. Oliver's son speaks good English and even though never met Oliver in person, there was always his dad who also lives on the property. Very comfortable parking area, loads of greenery and outdoor space, even a yard for chilling and making a barbecue. Comfortable size room for a couple, and really good bathroom and terrace space. Definitely a great place to be if you want to unwind and relax. No neighborhood and road noises. Shower had really good water pressure, aircon, wi-fi and TV worked fine. We found coffee pods and a bottle of water waiting for us on arrival. The granddad even gave us a bit of his locally produces aperitivo and showed us his collection of lovely paintings in his little flat. Overall a very nice place and people.

The signs on the main road could be a bit better as it's not so easy to find the alley way. The disposable coffee and water cups can be of a better quality as the plastic ones we were given did not withstand the heat. Would have been nice to have a shower gel dispenser in the shower. Otherwise nothing to add.

appartment as pictured, well equipped kitchen, possible to use fully functional oven, bbq, gas stove, dishwasher, coffe machine and fridge. loccation is central for exploring southern part of Sardegna.

patio would need umbrella or sun shader as it was impossible to use until sunset.

the place is very quiet. if you want to sleep and rest, this is the ideal place for you. the host is kind and always available for any help. the beaches are phenomenal as are the mountains 👍

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend, very quiet and relaxing.

Clean and comfortable for two. Very welcoming and had a very pleasant stay, would recommend but although a car was needed there are bus stops very close to the property.

Would have liked a kettle and a couple of bigger cups. Parking was a little awkward when all spaces filled.

A good place to shelter your summer trip.

The location needs a car to move around is not too far from supermarket or bars. There was no breakfast included.

We expected a bit more bigger flat. We had only one toilette paper for the whole week and a coffee machine with no coffee caps to be used. Hard to buy the right brand that fits. We struggled to do the washing machine cause was always in use, however the owner is really nice and friendly. If you ask anything you need will provide as well as that you on some home made local speciality.

Wonderful land ,wonderful people,wonderful food.

Hosts are amazing and very friendly.We arrived very late ,shops was closed and they organised food for that evening.Rooms clean and very comfortable.Garden is fantastic with the barbecue zone.

Everything was super clean and the Wifi is working great! Oliver does everything to make your stay perfect and helps whenever he can! I extended my stay for 2 additional nights which was no problem!

The bed downstairs was very soft with no pillowcase. There was only one remote control for 2 aircons (downstairs and upstairs) which was not ideal. No dishwasher and very poor choice of tableware. No kettle to boil water, no mugs for tea etc. No balcony, no terrace ..

Very good

The check in was very easy and we were given a lot of advice to eat and what to visit and also about nice nearby beaches. Thank you for that! The bed was generally very comfortable and the design was nice and modern, at night it was super quiet and you could hear the crills, very peaceful to sleep. We had access to a washing machine for free which was great too and also the kitchen is well equipped for your own cooking. The apartment is very spacious. There was enough capsules for coffee and the communication with the owners was very easy. The location itself is not very pretty but it's close to every nice beach in the south, so you are very free with a car.

The terrace was unfortunately to the parking of the cars and there was no sun cover so we had to eat breakfast inside because it was too hot outside. Also the bins were all outside and it was a bit annoying to throw away anything other than organic rubbish. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell probably from the dishwasher too and some doors where stuck. At some point the toilet flush was broken too.

Wonderful aprtment between Cagliari and Villasimius

We stayed in a double apartment for a few nights. I loved every bit of the stay. They have thought about every little detail and even more, to make Your stay comfortable and memorable. We had a wonderful balcony, where we could enjoy the dinner with a view and a sunset. I totally recommend this place, specially if you would like to cook a meal, realax on the balcony and take some time for yourself.
