Very accessible location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Foot massage places and Jaya Grocer supermarket are within walking distance, making it very convenient for daily needs.
The room was not very soundproof, and noise from outside the room could be heard.

they provided simple breakfast for free so that was a pleasant surprise - eggs, toast, milo, coffee, tea, cup noodles.
didn't provide floor cloth for the bathroom, and there's no partition between shower and toilet and basin, so the floor was wet. we requested a floor cloth at reception and they provided one.
also realised that the air vent in the bathroom wasn't working so the water on the floor couldn't dry up and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. called reception to ask about it but they said there wasn't maintenance staff available in the evening. but they also didn't follow up the next day so we just put up with the issue.
the room we were given was also a corner room, so the angle of everything was a bit awkward - TV doesn't fully face the bed, dead space at the corner, narrow walking space between edge of bed and wall
