Fijn midden in de stad

Heerlijk bed. Rustige kamer en een behulpzame hotelmanager die ons hielp bij het vinden van een parkeerplaats

Erg kleine douche met onbruikbaar douchegordijn. Er was een grote bus met gasten die het hele ontbijt leeg graasden en er was niets meer over. Alleen koffie gehad. Wel voor ontbijt betaald.

Emplacement proche centre-ville

Chauffé avec un radiateur d'appoint. Parking privé petit: obligé de multiplier les manœuvres pour entrer et sortir. Service inexistant: nous n'avons pas été prévenu qu'il fallait réserver les petits-déjeuner la veille...

L emplacement en plein centre ville

La propreté, évier de la salle de bain bouche, énorme tache sur la moquette entre la chambre et la salle de bain , poussière au dessus de l armoire, pas de brosse de toilette, douche très petite avec un rideau en tissus radiateur de la salle de bain rouillé, une chaleur dans la chambre étouffante enfin vraiment déçu pour une chambre à 75 euros

Nice building with helpful staff. A short walk to restaurants. First room was not good and asked to be moved. Found us a much better room and sealed the room that we had left to sanitise it. Nice to to know that the rooms are really clean. Parking was provided for the motorbike.

Very good

Wonderful apartment with several nearby eating options. The sushi shop just north around the corner was very good. The walk along the Promenade and the Quai was quite pleasant. The views from the balcony were wonderful.

I wasted my money ! the hotel is old and dirty.

The two morning staff was friendly and helpful. I also like the cleaning crew.

Everything apart for the breakfast. the whole hotel was dirty with permanent stained, old carpet, the hand sink was blocked, the remote control was not in good condition, we was given a wrong key to our room by the evening staff (A master key) .

For an emergency stay only.

Location is Great! really close to everything important and fairly quiet as well. The breakfast was ok too and some staff members are trying to provide good customer service.

Hotel reminded me of a low budget hotel or hostel even. It is very plain, which is not a bad thing but bathroom was run down, the mattresses uncomfortable and just all around a super small room.

Room small. Shower cubicle the smallest we have ever seen. A lot of noise banging through the night. Probably the elevator.

Close to rail station.

Memory. 18 yes ago I met my ex-wife there. And we spent a wonderful time together. The water faucet is under the glass shelf. To wash myself with my 190 cm had to bend twice.

Beds were good, but not a double bed - only 1.5 People’s bed.

No door to bath room! Radiator were noisy. Poor breakfast.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room they gave us was dirty and untidy. It was obvious that someone stayed there last night and no one cleaned there. It was smelling horrible also. When we say that we can't stay in that room, they gave us another room. The second room was quite cold, 15 degrees, I checked the radiator and it was not working. Any of the radiators weren't working in that section of the hotel. We went back to reception and said this is enough, we don't want to stay there. They didn't want to cancel our reservation after all of this happened. We had a call with booking.com customer service, but the manager didn't respond. We left the hotel and didn't stay there. The day after we wanted a refund but again no one answered. Finally, we send them an email that shows that it is our legal right to leave the hotel after seeing the terrible rooms. They refunded in 3 hours :)

Very good

Nice hotel at walking distance from the city centre. They have a garage where I could park my motorcycle. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK, with delicious pancakes. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Location is good and in an historically interesting area. The secure hotel car park is a bonus in this busy city. Helpful staff and our room & bathroom were well-equipped. Over-all, very good value for money.

No air-conditioning. Our bathroom needed refurbishment. The entry to the car park is narrow, so care must be taken.
