Quiet rooms, reasonable size, and incredibly easy access to Terminal 5. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day!
The dinner was pretty expensive so we went elsewhere.

The room 259 and particularly the bed, was extremely comfortable. The garden and pool was lovely and the hotel restaurant Le Joseph, served a nice calcio e pepe spaghetti dish.
This isn’t the property’s fault, but the main railway line from the nearby Saint Isidore station into Nice was closed due to a landslide, so the only alternative was to take a 35 minute ride tram into Nice each day but again, this was not the hotels fault.

Since we were going to a concert up the street the location was very good. The lobby and restaurant were very nicely done and the best part was that they had free parking just behind the building since we drove. They also had a lobby bar - it was small and very limited but still open at 10:30 PM when we got home from the concert. The AC worked very well.
The room was pretty beat up and small. I never know if this is because I book through a third party and they give you the worst room because you did not book with them directly meaning they have to pay a fee to booking.com. The locks on the sliding doors to the balcony were broken off on both doors. The paint was chipped on much of the wood trim around doors and baseboards. The bed itself was fine. I found the staff to be very cold and rude at times. They would not even greet us when we walked by but carried on long, protracted conversations with the French guests while we waited our turn. Then they finished with us in 2 seconds. At $200 a night I expected more from this hotel. In addition, there are very few places to eat within walking distance and most close early or open up late.

Restaurant does not open at weekends and there was nowhere local to eat had to walk to supermarket and by pre packed salad
Restaurant does not open at weekends we didn’t know that there was no where local to eat we had to walk to a supermarket and buy a pre pack salad I chose this hotel because it had secure parking and a restaurant very disappointed
