This is a beautiful hotel in a magical setting.
Could do with a lift - particularly as I get older!

Historic property, perfectly located on the lakeside. Reception staff very helpful (special mention for the concierge who helped with parking our classic car). Wonderful dinner (expensive, but worth it). Excellent breakfast (Euro25). Swimming in the lake from the jetty. Boat service to Annecy in season. Overall one of our best 3 night stays anywhere.
Room very comfortable, although a full garden view would have been preferred.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location & setting. Top class service from a truly professional and well trained team. This was 5* at its best. The spa was a real surprise.

Great location, beautiful building and garden
The decoration is not at the level of standard for this hotel. But the real issue of standards is coming from the food which is way too basic for this kind of restaurant (even the breakfast was low standard)
