Location to transport and Harbour
Pool was very cold, lack of information about the property and what was available to use so there was no booklet in the room. Lack of information such as a visitor map and guide to how to and what to see.

It was very close to transport. It had a 25 m swimming pool which was great.
I thought the pool hours 9am to 12.0 pm and 1.30pm to 7pm were limiting compared to our hotel in Macau which had pool hours 8am to 9pm. For people who want to make the most of their day and are commited to exercise, the pool should open at 7am or no later than 8am. The lunch hour break was also not convenient. There were two attendants on duty and often not more than 3 in the pool. Surely, this could be arranged to have two attendants during busy times and one when not so busy which would allow the pool hours to be extended. That said, swimming in the pool was great.
