We really enjoyed our stay in Ellicottville at this VRBO. The owners were great at communicating with us; the house is fantastic and the location was perfect. The decorating inside the home is super and we used the hot tub and and game room a lot. We are looking to stay here again sometime soon.

Everything you said it would be, plus more. Everything was stocked—kitchen supplies and spices, towels, paper products—plenty of extras!! Beds were very comfortable (which is very important for a great stay. All our questions were answered in a timely manner!! We would recommend your place to everyone! My only request would be to supply a small step stool—I am short and bed was pretty high in the master bedroom😉

Location was awesome… fun walking into the village to the shops and restaurants. House had all the necessary amenities… great porch, hot tub, comfy beds and the property manager was very attentive. Thank you for the flower bouquet and birthday balloon too.

The area is lovely. I grew up nearby and was familiar with the beauty of the area. The home was comfortable. The window AC units were a bit of a pain and noisy, but did their job. Yes there are 3 full and one 1/2 bath but they and the dishwasher and the sink faucet could only be used one at a time. If someone was taking a shower you could not even wash your hands in another sink. The shower would go to a cold trickle. Certainly could not run the dishwasher while a shower was in use. We used the home only as a base for other activities so we could get by. Floors on the second floor were very noisy. We ran into several small spots that had not been cleaned in years. The gas stove was a complete mess. I deep cleaned (2 hrs) the top. The oven needed dinamite and i did not tackle it. We didn't use it. These things are not unexpected (i find them often) but they do not add to the enjoyment even if they do not detract too badly.

This property is great! It is in an ideal location if you are looking to walk downtown. We had a wonderful time. The house was better than the listing. Brad and Kim are lovely hosts. Checking in was a breeze.

We were here with friends and kids for skiing. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 9 and we had a dog with us. There was a hot tub wihich was a bonus. The short walk to town was great for shopping and going to restaurants. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful home and a great location but the drive byes by the owner and questioning the amount of cars in the driveway was kind of creepy. We were quiet, respectful of their home, and left it the way we found it. I don’t think we will be staying there again knowing we are being watched.

Had a great holiday stay here! The location was perfect to explore downtown, which was awesome since the lack of snow left us with some time on our hands. Loved the holiday decorations in the house which added to the ambiance. The home had everything you could possibly need.

Great house with plenty of room. We only had three adults but can see how it would be great for a bigger group or family. Easy walk to town. Quiet location. House was clean and comfortable- even nicer than the pics. Easy check in and good communication from owner.

We had a great time! It was a great location to enjoy the main strip in town and Griffis Sculpture Park. We REALLY appreciated having our dogs with us - not all properties accommodate them. We would recommend & like to return another time!

Very large, spacious home in lovely neighborhood...perfect for our multi-generational family. Loved the hot tub on snowy evenings after being on the slopes. Owners very responsive to an issue with cleaning company. Don’t hesitate if you want a homey, comfortable getaway!!!

We stayed at this property for a ski weekend to celebrate birthdays and were very happy with the convenient location to the slopes and the floor plan of this home. The fireplace and hot tub were our favorite places to relax. Owner was very prompt in responding to our messages and we left wishing we could stay longer. Thank you!
