Superb

The room was perfect, very comfortable with some nice touches. Breakfast was very good, the staff friendly and professional. The sauna was really really nice! We loved the 2nd floor exit that takes you straight to the Altstadt.

The WiFi was not good quality

Great location with outdated rooms.

Location was ideal and there was private parking. Staff was great.

Room was outdated. We booked a room with two double beds however we were given a room with one bed and a pull out couch however the pullout couch was not usable. The mattress was so thin and the bed wasn’t level. No water pressure in the shower.

Very classy, comfortable boutique hotel, ideally located in Passau Old Quarter.

Perfect location near St Stephan's. Very comfortable hotel. Exactly what one would hope for in a city centre boutique hotel.

Nice hotel but needs better customer service and to keep promises about parking

Clean, good location, good breakfast

I booked parking in the garage and received confirmation email to confirm my booking. When I arrived I was told they overbooked and I didn’t have a parking space. No public parking available nearby, hence why I booked parking. I was then told the confirmation was only an automated reply? Very poor customer service. I travel to Passau frequently and booked this hotel for a change, very disappointing

Good overnight in Passau Old Town.

Great location in Passau Old Town. Everything was clean and in good working order. Staff was helpful and nice. Decent breakfast with good coffee

disappointing accommodation and staff. not worth the cost

location next to the river and the old town

we had just finished the German leg of the Donau radweg and had to catch an early train. despite arranging this with the evening staff, the garage keys weren’t available for us to exit in the morning which resulted in a travel problem. our window looked out onto a back alley despite being told it looked onto the old town. the shower malfunctioned.

Location

Wasn't told you have to book the sauna first come basis, so after a day exploring the town and getting cold and wet from the rain we were looking forward to the sauna (booked this hotel as it has a sauna), got in at 6:30 only to be told the sauna fully booked... If I had known we would have booked before leaving to go around the town,. We were left feeling very disappointed and cold !

Very enjoyable stay

very spacious, clean and comfortable room overlooking river with great view . Excellent breakfast.

Reception is not on ground floor, but that’s not really an issue.

Perfect location with outstanding breakfast

Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The window opened to a small garden with a small path to the centre. Everything was well-equipped and clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. They even offered us a separate table for breakfast, if we had wanted to have breakfast together with our dog. (But she was fine in the room.)

Our bed was really squeaky. When one of us wanted to turns on the other side, the other could hear and feel it definitely. We were there just one night. So it wasn't a really big issue, but still uncomfortable.

Nice location, friendly employees, clean, a bit overpriced.

Friendly and helpful personnel , good breakfast, a bit old fashioned furniture but they do the job. Really nice spot with view to the river. Room has everything you need. Clean.

Overall very happy with our experience in the hotel and the town, a small gem worth discovering!

Location (exceptional) just by the city centre, quietness, secured parking, very nice room with close river view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Upon arrival, the young lady at the Reception desk helped us with parking (the first place she suggested was a bit tight, so she took us to another place a few meters away and offered us another slot, which was adequate). But when we reached the Reception again for the check-in, there was no one around for some 10 minutes... Was she alone and had to go somewhere for another task? When she reappeared, there was another lady too; so it must have been some mis-coordination/back-up issue.

Little Gem by the Danube !

Very Practical hotel in the centre of everything if you have to board a cruise ship on the Danube. Friendly staff , Superb breakfast.
