Nicely located in a quiet corner in Krems, very close to a beautiful park an the old town. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Staff very helpful when needed and kind. Decoration of the building is pretty nice. Parking available, but if no place is left, the receptionist gives you a 4-Euro ticket (for free) that enables you to park your car on the street the whole day.
